2024-2025 | St. John Catholic Academy Extended Care Program
We are pleased to announce that we are opening registration for our Extended Care Program. Pre-registration is required, however not guaranteed as it is on a first come first serve basis. Registration ends August 4, 2024 and may only reopen as space is available. Extended Care will begin the week of August 6th. Only pre-registered students may attend aftercare.
Parents must send in an additional afternoon snack if your child will be attending.
Families will be charged Extended Care fees monthly in FACTS based on actual program usage. Extended Care is provided from 3:00pm-5:30pm daily. The cost is $6.75 per hour or any part of an hour. Early care is provided at 7:30am daily at a rate of $5.00. Early care students will be dropped off at the Preschool entrance.
Families will be charged in arrears, monthly through FACTS. Families behind on tuition payments or Extended Care payments will not be permitted to use Extended Care until their financial account is in good standing.
Please remember that participation requires a partnership and commitment to mutual support and respect when the need arises to address concerning and/or problematic behaviors on the part of any student. We are committed to early intervention and helping all students be successful and look forward to working together through any challenges that may arise. Administration reserves the right to suspend participation.
