Parents may walk their students to class on the first day of school.  PK4 and Elementary/Middle school students will enter through the gate in front of the school office.  The gate will open at 7:40 sharp (not before).  

Preschool Infants through PK3 will enter through the Preschool Door only.  NOTE:  If you have school-age students and preschool please note they will need to be dropped off at the appropriate door.  We are updating drop-off and pick-up to provide better campus security. 

Morning Care students who received an enrollment email today may be dropped off at the Preschool Door from 7:30 – 7:45.  Note:  ANY student dropped off at the Preschool Door will be charged for morning care in FACTS.  Note: We no longer allow elementary drop-offs that are not enrolled in morning care.  We appreciate your understanding of our efforts to increase safety.  

Wednesday morning August 7th we will begin carline for ALL PK4 – 9th grade students along W10th St. You may park and walk your student to the gate as well, which will open at 7:40 sharp.  As discussed at our parent meeting, instructional minutes begin at 7:50 when all students should be safely seated in their classroom.  This includes PK4  NOTE:  Reminder PK4 will NOT be dropped off at the Preschool Door in the morning, but through the elementary carline gate. Those with doctor’s notes may be checked in late through the office. 

Aftercare:  As discussed, if you received an enrollment email today, your student may report to aftercare beginning Tuesday, August 6th.  If you did not receive an email, please arrange for pick up at 2:50.  As we are able to manage staffing and student numbers, we will reach out to remaining aftercare applicants as space becomes available.  Please bear with us as we adjust to an increase in aftercare requests by 100%.
