Parent Volunteers Needed!

    Only three steps to becoming an SJCA Parent Volunteer!

    To ensure compliance,  follow each of the steps below. The Diocese prohibits  any volunteers that have not completed all three of these steps from participating in field trips with students.

    1. Visit the school office to sign the required papers and to pay the $65.00 fee* for fingerprints. You will receive other instructions for setting up fingerprints and Armatus Online Courses.
    2. Go to your fingerprint appointment. Follow instructions given to you by the office staff.
    3. Complete the Armatus Online Courses. These are required by the Diocese.

      2. Abuse Risk Management for Volunteers
      3. Policies

    Inform the office staff when you’ve completed all of the above steps. Thank you for volunteering!

    *The $65.00 fee pays for the fingerprinting, which is valid for 5 years.

    *If volunteering with preschool students, there is an additional DCF background check that needs to be scheduled.  That cost is $65.75.
